The bar doesn't show on my store

In the app, make sure the bar is Published and shows as Live.
Open Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, switch on Pilot Announcement Bar and click Save.
Check the bar's schedule, device and targeting settings, and whether you closed it earlier in this browser.

Plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Change or cancel any time from the app's Plans page; uninstalling the app cancels billing.
